Does true love exist anymore...or is it love of money?
So it has come to my attention of recent times well...a long time now people aren't in relationships for the right reason anymore..You ever notice how no matter how ugly a rich guy is he has the HOTTEST gf...you ever notice no matter how stink the rich guy is he never is short of a gf?
You ever take a good look at young women today when you ask them what is the first thing they observe in a guy they most likely reply..."the car he's driving" or "what type of brands he wears"....and I ask have the girls in today's society become so shallow that they no longer focus on going into a relationship for love?
Another thing may be asked did society make these girls this way or the other way around.Now if we look to the past we notice women always looked to elevate themselves mostly by marriage to prestigious and wealthy families this is well documented in history...but has this transcended through time and space to result in what we call materialistic behavior today?
Now don't get me wrong every girl wants a picture perfect life...you know the white picket fence, the wonderful RICH husband and peachy kids..but does that mean that you have to forget the main component of a relationship? LOVE!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting things. But maybe society's focus on having a life of excess have driven women to be more materialistic than those of the past.I mean I'm focusing on women but there are men who do the same thing as women..they look for "sugar mamas" as they call it?
Things have gotten so bad that men who have good occupations now have to go through a process of making sure the person who likes them is genuine..this isn't fair. This also applies for successful women.
Materialistic and genuine could never be found in one person unless the person is genuinely materialistic lol..the sad thing about all of this is that it is increasingly getting harder to find true love... a person should love you for who you are and not what you possess..now some of you would say in this day and age one cannot only think with their heart but with their mind also...the thing is what I learnt in life is that the truth always comes out...if not now later..and a person in a relationship for the wrong reasons will be found out sooner or later..
But life isn't fair but the one thing I dislike the most is that when a guy does it he is a shotta...he got himself a sugar mama..but when a girl does is she's a user and a gold digger.
That's life...I personally believe in looking for true love and not being with someone for the wrong reasons...but remember not everyone may uphold the same moral compass that you have.
